Hi, I’m Brittany!

I’m a therapist based in New York, specializing in supporting young adults and professionals navigating grief, emotional overwhelm, anxiety, life transitions, and women’s health related experiences.

My work is rooted in the belief that therapy should feel like a safe, collaborative space — one where you don’t have to filter yourself, hold everything together, or figure it out alone. Together, we slow things down, make sense of what you’re carrying, and create space for clarity, healing, and meaningful change.

My approach is warm, relational, and collaborative. Rather than rushing to “fix” symptoms, I focus on understanding your experience and helping you make meaning of what you’ve been through, offering a reflective space to process what’s been lost and reconnect with yourself.
